I everyone, this is my first time speaking out about my experience. In Nov of 2007 I had watched a show on discovery channel called the haunting, and it opened my mind to the spirit world. That same week I had my first paralysis and I could hear voices all around my condo, one voice that stood out was shouting from my outside my window saying tell them Im in the trash can in the back. I woke or got out of the paralysis and decided to take a walk, I ran into my building manger and I told her what had just happened. she confirmed that there was a l husband an wife that lived in the builidng and killed a young drug dealer and dumped him into the trash can in the back. THIS was the beginning of my constant paralysis with different spirit and entity. March 2008 I moved to Las Vegas with my husband and 4 yrs daughter and the experienced with paranormal begins. I will continue this story due to my daughters, she needs me to attend to her now.

hey Liam, no doubt they are autonomous. if they are contacting you, they are looking for something. this could be an energetic draw that is no good, or it could be for information or reassurance. I always recommend openness to communicate before making the dash away, but of course you know intuitively if you are in danger.

and that’s a great tip — I’ve not noticed that correlation before with hynpnagogia and later lucidity.

Hello Ryan, there is now no doubt about the autonomy of dream entities, obviously a number of figures are my own creation but I can now tell the ones that aren’t…and they no nice. But how the hell can they be helpful if they are not my creation?

I have found that if I can get some hypnogogic images going before falling asleep then I am more likely to lucid dream. (tip of the day but probably not a revelation to you)
