Dear Ryan,
I HAVE read your ebook “Enhance your Dreamlife” and am planning to begin the process of journaling my dreams TONIGHT. I have very vivid dreams and can remember only bits of them – hoping that this process will help me to remember the dreams and to use these dreams to bridge my walking life with my resting life.

Ryan,

A neat and useful little book you've put together. I'm psyched to experiment with some of the herbs and supplements you've suggested--with due caution, of course...

But the golden nugget I got out of your ebook was the exercise on mentally reliving your day backwards before falling asleep, in order to help with dream recall. Let me just state that this simple practice WORKS (well, for me at least). There is a remarkable improvement in the memorability of my dreams every night I remember to do this mental rewind while laying in bed.

Strangely, I realized I had read about this potent little exercise years ago, but I somehow (ironically?) forgot all about it.

Anyway, thanks for fanning the flame of interest in dreams and the sub/un-conscious.

Regards,
Clayten

Ryan, thank you for the book. I've been practicing lucid dreaming for about 2 months now (after discovering it by accident), and I can barely believe I had 25 lucid dreams just in the last month. Your book has some great tips and it's very objective, direct to the point, that's great! Not only my memory for dream has improved greatly - I can easily remember about 3 or 4 dreams per night - but I'm also enjoying my non-lucid dreams more as well, thanks to your book. And also, thank you for the material in your site, wich is very helpfull and full of information not found anywhere else!

Thank you so much for bringing dreams back in my life. Before I did my research on lucid dream I did had my experience in it for the very first time in my life. Everything around me was rich, the colours and the environment around me were extremely vivid. For the past few days I have been trying to do some research on why I had this lucid dream and how I can bring it back into my life again, the experience of that dream was amazing. As an artist/ filmmaker dreams has always been my inspiration because every morning I awake with a new idea.

thanks Alexia. and sorry for the delayed response. Your daughter's technique is known as "dream signs." the best dream signs are the ones that already crop up in your dreams, and then it's just a matter of training yourself to remember you're dreaming when you see it. For example, for me I have a repetitive dream of my teeth falling out. I've trained myself to realize it's a dream, as this just doesn't happen in my waking life, at least not for the last 25 years!
