As promised, here is the recording of my talk this past June about lucid nightmares.
The main gist is that sometimes lucidity provides us with opportunities to face suffering. Pushing this “negative material” away is always an option for lucid dreamers — but what if we decide to stay put and listen to what the nightmare has to say?
