Anne Hill from DreamTalk Radio just posted our talk about lucid dreaming on the youtubes. It’s a lively 20 minute discussion about my new book project Lucid Immersion Blueprint. Anne is a veteran in the dream studies community and an author herself of the book What to do when dreams go bad: a practical guide to nightmares. Her creative and deeply informed perspective on dreams really made this conversation fun.

Good talk. I’m sorry to change the subject, especially since Lucid Dreaming is a wonderful tool in our lives. But, I’m a Personal Coach and Professional Hypnotist. I’m considering using Skype to help clients. I’m curious what webcam and mic you two used during this talk.

Hey Lonnie I believe Anne used the Call Recorder add-on for Sykpe. She has a professional mic but as you can see I just plugged in my iPhone headphones.
Actually I just use the built-in mic on my iMac, but it creates a lot of audio noise, and editing this video convinced me I need to step up my game on the next Skype-o-rama recording. I’ve heard great things about the Plantronics DSP-400 USB headset, so will probably try that next. Call Recorder for Skype is a breeze to use though, and well worth the $20!
thanks for the correction. next time I’m gonna plug my laptop directly into the router too in case it was my wifi that contributed to video skipping — always learning

I’m considering doing some research into using Hypnosis to influence the ability to lucid dream. I’m sure someone has tried before. Maybe not.
